Meeting and pickup information
- Please meet outside the main entrance of Mount Meru Hotel. Look for our guide wearing a branded RA Safaris jacket and holding a sign with your name. If you have difficulty locating the guide, ask the hotel reception for assistance or call our office number provided on your ticket.
- Airport Pickup: For guests arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our driver will meet you outside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
